The Art of Being

PART 1 IT’S ESSENTIAL!

How many times do your emotions change in a single day?
How many times do the actions of others or those things external to you have an effect on how you feel?

Do your emotions or mannerisms mirror those of people and situations around you or do you stand in your own power, flexible but constant?

✨Most people think that life is all about DOING but neglect simply learning to BE.
‘Doing’ has connotations of effort, struggle, action, force, resistance…. whilst ‘Being’ is more about releasing, flowing, ease and non-resistance.

✨From the outside the Practice of Being may look to the observer like rest or laziness, especially in a culture which regards effort as equalling self worth or societal value. Yet learning to simply BE is more than that.

Have you sat with yourself recently?
In total peace, without distraction of any kind? How does it feel to BE you? What kind of internal dialogue do you have? How is your focus? Do you find it easy to be at ease or do you get restless easily?

Your answers to these questions may tell you something about your self and what makes you tick.

Our minds & Spirits are healthiest when we are flexible & resilient, when we are able to exist in the flow of life without being broken by its ever changing currents. When we know and are at peace with ourselves just BEING.
