A medium’s service is to deliver communication from those resident in the Next World to loved ones and contacts here on the earth plane.
We are like old landline telephone receivers, but with feelings. In that sense, we always hope that what we give will be received by a recipient with a positive & resounding ‘Yes!’
But, what happens when we hear the dreaded ‘No’ in response to evidence or information we have transmitted? It can be a tricky thing to deal with, especially in our early development.
We are fallible human beings, and so are the spirit people. Sometimes, either one or both may give an incorrect detail. Everything that a communicator gives must come through the subconscious filter, and experience of the medium. That means that there is room for error. Further along in development, this margin of error is greatly reduced.
It is worthwhile remembering that the dreaded ‘no’ is not always due to mistake. A recipient may be totally unaware of the information that has been given. Who amongst us knows every detail about our own family and relatives? Moreso these days, we do not live in the extended families of yesteryear, once so tightly knitted. You may also occasionally, be tasked with delivering a message and be told outright by spirit ‘they don’t know me’ or ‘they will say no to this’, something which comes once you are further along your developmental pathway. How do you deal with that as a medium? Of course, you have a choice whether or not to give the link. But then, the very best evidence is that which is only validated at a later date- it rules out ‘mind reading’ the recipient and means that a third party intelligence must be present (spirit).
Whilst receiving the dreaded ‘no’ may send us into panic in the early days of our mediumship I’d ask you to pause, take a deep breath and answer ‘well, please hold onto that because it may come to light.’ This isn’t a cop out. I can’t count the number of times message recipients have validated evidence they have received from me after the fact. Whilst it doesn’t make for a great demonstration, it is enough to know that your spirit guides know what they are doing & that you have no reason to fear the ‘NO’!
