ABUNDANCE & PROSPERITY MANTRA
In this mantra, we call upon the abundant aspect of the Supreme (the Goddess Lakshmi) to ask for efulgence in all areas of our lives.
The words: OM shreem mahalakshmiyei namaha
Are a direct plea in adoration of this Divine Feminine aspect of Source-God and literally means:
‘I shower Goddess Lakshmi with my abundant adoration.’
All mantras are constructed from Cosmic Sounds, Bija or seed Syllables. These are the sounds existant at the moment of creation.
Sound is Sacred. Mantras utilise fundamental frequencies to entrain our auras/frequency fields/bio fields BACK to those vibrations of Source-God and the healing, prosperity, protection, spiritual natures that we naturally ARE.
Although this is a mantra that has its roots in the Hindu system, when you understand frequency, you understand that it is not necessary to identify as Hindu to speak this mantra.
(Just as it is not necessary to be Christian to speak the Lord’s Prayer).
Mantra should eventually be uttered internally & silently, but for practice purposes it’s always useful to speak the words out loud.
