💚💙 Heart Chakra and Higher Heart frequencies to help you release sadness, hurt, pain, grief and transmute all of that energy into PEACE 🕊 (plus an immune system boost!)
‘Ahh’ is the Divine Mother of All Things (seed syllable/bija mantra) as we call upon the Great Mother (Holy Spirit, Shekinah, Christ Consciousness) to help and hold us in this moment.
‘Ohh’ encourages us to release all that is no longer needed from our energetic selves and physical bodies, mind and emotions.
‘Hum’ invites us to take in the Divine Light of Source, which assists us in a powerful inner cleansing & restorative action, then takes that Light and focuses it outwards to flow into all areas of life and the Universe around us.
I take it to mean (and this is the energy I sensed when I used this today);
‘Mother, hear me, your child. Cleanse and restore me, fill me with your healing Light and illuminate the consciousness of all things in creation.’
(Ps The reverb from the bowl is INSANE I was on my own in the studio but could hear 2 voices at certain points 😊).
