A Meditation/Prayer Technique gifted from Spirit.
I felt the need to sit in the quiet today for the first time in a while. We’ve had summer colds here, so I haven’t felt much like doing anything. Luckily, connecting to the Spiritual Realms is much like riding a bike, once the intention is set, the wheels are in motion.
I maintain that the inspiration to receive a communication from my Guides is inspired by the communicators themselves. I cannot simply ‘dial up’ anyone on the Other Side of Life.
What follows here is a sometimes very personal and moving conversation I had with my friends in the Next World earlier today. At the end of the transcript they give instructions on a style of meditation/prayer which they specifically asked to be shared with you.
I hope you take comfort from their words.
(*Again, I would stress that I am not anybody special. I am not ‘chosen’ in any way and these communications really have nothing to do with me but are to be given through me as a gift to everyone. Read what follows as a letter addressed to you.)

‘You have been entrusted into the care of a great many here.’
M: ‘But ”Here” is a very difficult place to imagine in terms of time, space and dimension?’
‘Ours is a world beyond your own where there exists no harm or deterioration. Where all is great perfection and the light that bathes us is the Light of The Great One itself. There are no other terms or specifications of ‘place’ or a pin point in a map to satisfy the minds of man.’
‘M: ‘Who are those who have contacted me?’
‘We are vast in number, from the upper eschalons of the highest on high, all the way through to those whose voices you are more able to hear.’
M: ‘Are there those we call ‘Angels’ amongst you?’
‘The human mind in physical matter is wholly unable to fathom the intricacies of what or who ‘Angels’ are. They have been reduced to characters in books and paintings and though very real in actuality, human representations of the Divine fall far short of the realities.
We ask that you understand or seek to understand the Self that these greater aspects be known unto you. For All That Is is inside each individual and through knowing one’s Whole-Self one will also know the Greater Truth of All Things.
M: ‘I saw a vision in meditation once, early on in my spiritual development which I have always questioned. A beautiful pastel, rainbow scene with 7 beings of the same rainbow light, their faces too bright to see clearly. They stood by a still crystal river and a building of crystal was behind them. They told me that they were the ‘Elohim’. Was this real or imagined?’
‘You reached far beyond what most are able to comprehend, even at what you believed to be such an ‘early’ stage in this life’s path.
Let this serve as a great herald to you; to know that you were indeed born to traverse this path, that previous experiences have ushered in and created the forward momentum for the path which you now tread. That this HAS BEEN (sic) pre-ordained in the Great Order of things and that you continue to pursue the task set before your entrance into your world.
When you doubt yourself or your ability to carry out this work remember those shining faces which sought you out at that moment and remember what significance that holds. You were to come into this time to create upliftment and spiritual education within humanity. Never an easy task, yet one which will become your life’s work and legacy.
That is the reason why you have been assigned the help of the band which travels this path with you and why you have always been so inquisitive in these matters. You have always demonstrated a great thirst for work in the spiritual Truths and the passing on of those specific Truths to others.
This is a formula which has been concurrent in all of your experiences, which is why this was felt by you at such an early age. It was and is the direction in which you set your sail long before the call of the physical was even an idea in your consciousness.
Be glad of heart that you will always wish the spiritual Truths to be known by all and that no amount of persecution shall ever make you denounce what you know to be real. There are others who have faltered at the last and turned away from the Light through fear of what might be, but you are not amongst them.
There is boundless knowledge and energy here from which you may draw. You only need to ask and those who carry the Light will flee to be at your side to help in any way in which they can. Strengthen those bonds with those who love you best (on our side of life) and you shall not suffer loneliness.’
‘M: ‘Recently I’ve been reading a lot about symbols, hermeticism, hidden truths etc Is there anything in this?’
‘These things were created for those who were and are unable to have the type of direct experience available to you (and those others like you). They were encoded to protect the Truth and prevent it’s dilution, although humanity loves sectarianism so to a large extent the protection became a claim, to be the only possible road to Truth, which is simply not so.
We would say that there are many paths that one may take to achieve attunement and ultimately enlightenment. Yet always humanity searches for shortcuts because this is the nature of man.
Whilst knowledge is contained within the objects and writings that you refer to, wisdom may only come from the LIVING OF THE TRUTH and it is ultimately that wisdom which is LIVED KNOWLEDGE that is the KEY TO THE TEMPLE (that which is True Self).
Remember that the Truth never changes, but the ways in which you may go about understanding it, do. There must be many different ways to gain education as each individual is so different from the next and that which enlivens the soul of one will deaden the soul of another. This is why the individual soul journey, the delving into one’s own spirit and the Truth of Self is really the only way in which real Truth, knowledge and Wisdom may come.
This is a clear pathway of growth and ascending upwards the Mountain of Great Wisdom One may try many other pathways, yet they lead to dark caves, precipices, dead ends, only leading so far in one’s soul evolution, if we may call it so.
It is with Self that one finds the Truth of All because YOU ARE ALL. ALL IS YOU. Take this as the greatest truth of all.’
M: ‘Every religion claims that It is the only truth. I see that they all have the kernel of truth at their core. So what of religions?’
‘Religion is simply man’s attempt to make sense of the ineffible. To share in what he has discovered with like-minded fellowship. There is nothing inherently bad with the idea of religion, yet, it’s pure and simple beginnings soon become twisted and choked into something unrecognisable as Truth. One seeks to subjegate and persecute another and the roots of the thing wither and die, leaving only rotten fruit upon the branches.
What man has done by creating and sustaining religion has been to their own detriment. Let it be understood that religion is of man created; The Almighty would not find a seat at the head of such an organisation. It is always that religion is populated by man and the Spirit is pushed outwards, to the outer edges of any such organisation, until it is squeezed out once and for all!
We speak as those who, in our earthly lives, postulated the religious fanaticisms of our days. We were those who believed that the organisation of religion was right and just. This was our pathway to discovering the larger Truth of all things. Eventually (once in this life) we learnt that the Almighty Power would not wish men and women to cover their heads with coverings nor shame, that separation in ceremony is an anathema to the One; that religious laws and requirements are only of mans making to ensure a ruly flock.
We believed in the words and the incantations more than we were ever able to believe that a single flower was as precious a part of the All as ourselves. Our prayers became gates that barred contact with the perfect All, our psalms and chanting a rusty lock to which the key had long since been lost. The laws we fashioned and held to became as a millstone around the neck of a drowning man and without greater understanding we simply recited and instructed others to do the same, lest they should garner the wrath of that fickle, patriarchal God of ours.
We were children. Lost little children.
Though even children themselves are closer to the Oneness which we sought. It is only with great love and education did we come to know and understand the Truth as it is. We had seen through the glass darkly and upon arrival on this side of life, were gradually, through love and patience, shown how to wipe that glass clean. Even then, to change one’s ways is a difficult task. When all one has known of the Truth is chanting and psalms it is with great trepidation that one slowly learns to untie the strings that once bound us so tightly to our creeds.
This has long since passed and now we bring support to you that you may educate others to do likewise whilst incarnated. To do so in the earthly life is to have the opportunity to uplift all of humanity. Let all men be free from the creeds which entrap them.’
**What follows is the Meditation/Prayer technique that the Higher Beings shared with us all.**
‘Know that within your Heart Space there exists a direct link to All That Is.
Place both of your hands on this space.
Close your eyes and breathe gently for but a few moments.
Allow a great light to grow within this space, a great golden light. Understand that the Divine seeks to love you as you seek to know it.
Let yourself swim within the luminescent ocean of this infinite energy and intend above all else, to connect to The Source.
Then pour out all of your troubles and your sorrows into it’s deep waters.
Let it’s golden depths cleanse and renew you.
Know that forgiveness is yours if that is what you seek, though know too that it is unnecessary to come to the Almighty with your head hung, as you are loved and accepted unconditionally by the Infinite Creative Source.
Say ‘Thank You’ and give great gratitude for those things in your life which bring a smile to your lips.
Give great thanks too for lifes difficulties, which are the necessary lessons on your pathway to Wholeness.
Accept the loving and healing touch of this Power as you would the hug of a child.
And know that you are forever held in it’s embrace.’
