Friday sees the very first full moon of 2023!
Being a Cancerian myself, I’m super excited, as this moon falls in the sign of Cancer ♋
So, what can you expect from this delicious Full Moon?
✨Being more emotional than usual…. It’s true, us crabs do like to blub!
✨Feeling like staying home more & socialising less.
✨Nesting – this is the perfect time for a proper spring clean, for sorting out rubbish, clutter & anything you no longer need. Give clothes etc to charity shops, books to friends or book fairs, DE- CLUTTER!
✨It’s a time to be close to those we love the most. Crabs LOVE to feel loved & give love to those closest to us, so make the most of this snuggly energy and cosy up with your fave.
✨Cleanse your life of stale, heavy, dense, old & stagnant energy. Us Crabs are well known for our hoarding skills, which applies not only to objects, but to people, the past, thoughts & memories. It does us all good to learn to release that which no longer aligns with our aspirations & present vibration. Perhaps you could create a cleansing and releasing ritual of your own to perform at the Full Moon?
✨Setting your intentions for the year going forward. Start as you mean to go on. Cancerians are not so great at resolutions but setting your intention is a much more empowering way to manifest positive outcomes in your life. Start with a clear, simple positive affirmation & go from there.
✨When threatened Cancer disappear back into their shells. It’s a great way to protect our deep emotions, but we can all learn to deal with our emotions in healthier ways. Try speaking your truth, standing by your opinions & principles and allowing others to have their own beliefs too. Us crabs can be quietly judgemental of others, so maybe we could all learn to be a little more understanding on this full moon?
However you seek to tap into the lunar energy this week, do enjoy & don’t forget to give your crystals a good charge too! (If you don’t have somewhere outside to charge them, you can use a moon/sun facing windowsill indoors. Failing that, you can recharge your crystals by cleansing them in soil, brown rice or salt).
