Here are my Top Tips on getting quality rest, setting and holding your boundaries & closing down effectively.
1✨ Set a time to connect then go about your normal, daily activities. In all the excitement of our new intuitive connection you
can forget that being open all the time is unhealthy.
2✨Engage in activities OTHER than thinking, reading or talking about intuition, psychic skills, energy etc. The best grounding exercise? Housework! ()
3✨Set boundaries. Sit to connect at a predetermined time each day or twice a week & stick to it! Make your bedroom a spirit-free space (hang up a sign!), visualise a ‘Closed’ shop sign hung on your forehead when you complete your work.
4✨Regularly Cleanse and air your space.
5✨Have a regular bedtime routine & good sleep hygiene.
6✨Remember that YOU are in charge at ALL times! What you say, goes.
7✨Speak to your Guides and ask that they help maintain the boundaries you put in place-no working/contact outside of specific times.
8✨Don’t be tempted to break your own boundaries!
9✨Eliminate anxiety & fear. If you are fearful of your growing intuition, seek guidance from a reputable teacher. Read around your subject & stay away from movie portrayals which focus on fear! If you have emotional or mental imbalances think twice about development. Psychic unfoldment has a tendency to magnify both our positive & negative traits.
10✨If you are disturbed by contact at night, strongly restate your boundaries (out loud or in your mind) ; call in your guides, Archangel Michael or Angels of Peace to surround your bed & help you have a peaceful night’s sleep. If this fails, get up, make a hot drink, then go back to bed.
It may take a bit of repeated effort on your part to ensure a restful night, but it’s well worth persevering. You deserve down time and quality rest. Try these tips & see how you get on!
