Life in the Next World

A friend of mine recently asked if I’d write a post detailing what we can expect our lives to be like when we reach the World of the Spirit.

I am fascinated by every detail I uncover regarding the continuation of life, be it through my direct contact with people who are living in that dimension or through reading book after book on the subject.

What I write here is based on that cumulative experience. I can make no guarantees that every single individuals experience of the Next World will be as I detail it here, but I hope that you will get a good sense of the real-ness and solidity, the normality in which the majority of us will find ourselves after so called physical ‘death’.

What I give here is evidence that has come directly from people who’s home is in the Next Sphere, those who have survived, what some assume is total annihilation. This information has been given via mediums in trance, working through Automatic Writing (a form of physical Mediumship where the medium is overshadowed by their control who uses their instrument to write down the thoughts and evidence of the Spirit Person). It has also come through my own direct contact with loved ones and family members on the Other Side of Life and the many sittings I have given.

None of that which is contained here is shared in hopes of converting or proselytising. That is not my Work. I offer what I know in the simple hope that others that read it may begin to understand that there really is no death as we have been taught to believe, en masse.

So please, take from it what you wish.

When I sat down to write this post I soon realised that what I know of the Next World cannot be written in a few short paragraphs, so I will post on several different topics of Life After Life over the coming days and weeks.

Let’s start at the beginning. What happens when you die?

Your immediate experience in the moments following the release of your Spirit from your physical body depends very much upon how you passed.

If you are of old age and have suffered a short illness or have passed through frailty of old age, then there is little or no shock to your Being. The eminent spirit guide Silver Birch likened this to fruit falling from the tree when it was good and ripe, very natural and easy.

People of advanced years often spend more time sleeping or dozing in and out. Some may appear confused or become forgetful. This is because the Soul is practising loosening itself from the vibrations that tether it to physical form.

Throughout our earthly lives our energy bodies are connected to our physical manifestation via an etheric link known as the ‘Silver Cord’. This ensures that we never stray too far from our physical selves when we travel into the astral realms during sleep. The silver cord connects our Spirit and Physical selves until the very moment of physical ‘death’ when the cord breaks, allowing the individual to reside, permanently in the Next World. Sometimes those who are Clairaudient (the psychic sense of ‘clear hearing’) may be able to hear the ‘snapping’ sound as it happens.

If bed ridden or ill a person may speak of seeing friends, family members and even pets who have already passed. This is because in the last days and hours of physical life, the veil (state of consciousness) that separates the two worlds is beginning to thin. Also, this happens because your loved ones in Spirit wish to reassure you that they are there and that you are perfectly safe.

People who work in health and care occupations often hear their patients talk of seeing or talking to their parents, spouse or a sibling who has come to visit them from the Next World. This is quite common but may often be rationalised away as ‘confusion’, ‘lack of oxygen to the brain’ or simply wishful thinking.

When your time to transition from this world draws near, loved ones in the Next World are notified and prepare to meet you. Although this may not happen straight away, rest assured that where there are bonds of genuine love between two people, a reunion will occur after passing.

It is my experience that when we pass, we get what we believe.

This means that if you expect to see pearly gates and to be greeted by St Peter, then that is what you will experience. Likewise, if you believe that your physical ‘death’ marks your total annihilation, then you will experience a period of sleep. That’s why it is so important to remember that you are creating your experience in the Next World right now!

Heaven awaits

For those that believe in a paradise of heavenly winged beings, sitting upon clouds and playing harps, that will be their initial experience, however, once it is understood by the individual that that is not the reality of the Spirit World, any illusion such as this will soon be replaced by very vibrant and solid surroundings.

Many people fear that they will become a ‘ghost’ upon their passing. Firstly, a ghost is NOT the same as a spirit. A ghost is an impression made on the very fabric of the ether of a place. It is a psychic photograph, a snapshot in time and space. A ghost cannot communicate, it is merely an echo from the past. A recording that some people maybe able to tune into.

A Spirit on the other hand is what you and I are. It is the eternal part of ourselves, our personality, characteristics and accumulated soul growth and knowledge. If you are able to see and/or hear a spirit person, you can communicate with them, because they are living people, simply operating on a slightly higher vibrational frequency than this physical reality.

Passing from the physical vibration, we return to the natural resonant frequency of our Spirit selves.

In this ‘band width’ lies the Next World, where we are as solid as we are here on the earth.

You will have a very real body on the Other Side of Life, functioning, feeling, though able to sense much more than your physical body is capable of, limited as it is to its narrow bandwidth of physical sense perception.

In the Next World you will be able to hug one another, hold hands, kiss….of course, people wonder if they will be able to have sex there too. If you are still filled with the earthly desires of the physical plane, then you will inhabit a Sphere where you are still able to indulge in more earthly pursuits.

However, your journey in the Next World should really be one which gradually leads you on a path towards more spiritual and altruistic practices, so while you still desire sex and physicality, it may mean that you are hindering your own progress. Whilst this will be entirely up to you and ultimately your own choice, there is much more to the Next World than it simply being a replica of this one.

Reunited

Most people are met by a spirit guide upon passing. This may not be someone who is instantly recognisable to you, though they will have the benevolence and kindly compassion of a friend and will try hard to make you feel safe and assist you through the early stages of crossing.

The Spirit People have often spoken about crossing through a dense mist or fog in the initial moments after leaving the physical body. Some say that they are aware of loved ones around them but that they are unable to see or hear them. This is an adjustment to new surroundings and is absolutely nothing to fear. Your consciousness is acclimatising to its new surroundings. In fact, they are not all new as you have often visited the spheres of the Spirit World during your earthly sleep time.

Soon enough you will sense the familiarity of the place where you find yourself and memories of your sojourns here (which you were unable to recall in your waking earthly life), will come gently back to you.

If you have passed after suffering a long and painful illness there may be a slightly extended period of healing. In this case, you may be taken to one of the many Homes of Rest in the Next World where you can sleep and relax whilst kind and experienced healers may help you to shed any of the last vestiges of thoughts of being unwell. Obviously all physical pain, disease and discomfort drops away when the physical body is discarded, however a slight ‘hangover’ from any affliction may need to be treated.

The places of rest and recuperation in the Next World are very beautiful and peaceful. Often they appear as grand and stately homes nestled into tranquil countryside and surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and flowers. There are no windows and doors there as the weather is always clement and there is no necessity to guard against intruders. Bird song and soft sunlight waft through the diaphonous silky drapes, helping to warm and heal those being cared for within.

Peace & Rest for those who need it

Healing is given through a combination of Vibrational, Colour and Cosmic Ray therapies administered by expert staff. The length of stay really depends upon each individual and as the Next World resides in a state of timelessness, there is no sense with which we are familiar, by which to measure this interlude. Relatives and friends already resident in the Spirit World will come to visit and when the time is right, a patient is discharged to begin their orientation into their new life.

Next Time: What will I spend my time doing in the Next World?
