Up your gratitude game!

All you’ll need is 10 minutes a day for 1 week, some paper and a pen and Soul Growth will guide you through 7 Days of Gratitude.

We’ll be looking at how to create and build a simple yet effective gratitude practice with Top Tips and gentle journal prompts to help you on your way to a more balanced sense of wellbeing.

Why Gratitude?

Neuroscience has now proved beyond doubt what many esoteric traditions have known for years- an attitude of Gratitude is a fast, gentle and simple way to a more peaceful, contented way of living.

At a molecular level regular feelings of gratitude release the feel good hormones oxytocin, serotonin & dopamine into our blood stream. All of this may lead to a greater sense of wellbeing, lowered blood pressure, increased mood, willpower and motivation.
